Ehlers-Danlos syndrome vascular-like type A rare inherited connective tissue disorder characterized by skin hyperextensibility, widened atrophic scars, and generalized joint hypermobility.
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome with periventricular heterotopia A rare non-syndromic cerebral malformation due to abnormal neuronal migration characterized by clusters of disorganized neurons in abnormal locations such as periventricular and subcortical. The extent of the lesions ranges from isolated single to bilateral confluent nodules. Pediatric patients typically show variable degrees of developmental delay, intellectual disability, and intractable epilepsy, and concomitant cerebral and/or systemic malformations are frequent. Milder forms may present with onset of seizures in adulthood.
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, dominant type 4 Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, procollagen proteinase resistant Arthrochalasia Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (disorder)
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, recessive type 4 Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, type 1 A form of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome characterized by generalized joint hypermobility, skin hyperextensibility and easy bruising without atrophic scarring. Other common features include foot and hand deformities (piezogenic papules, pes planus, broad forefeet, brachydactyly, fragile and thin hand skin breaks or bruises easily), severe fatigue and neuromuscular symptoms including muscle weakness and myalgia.
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, type 2 A rare inherited connective tissue disorder characterised by skin hyperextensibility, widened atrophic scars and generalised joint hypermobility. The disease is caused by heterozygous mutation in the collagen alpha-2(V) gene (COL5A2) on chromosome 2q31.
