Genital structure Is a This structure, also termed the pelvic region, includes the wall, cavity and content of both the true and false pelvis; it consequently incorporates the entire bony pelvis; and inferiorly it is bounded and includes the pelvic diaphragm. The structure incorporates the complete pelvic wall; sacrococcygeal region (including the overlying skin and subcutaneous tissue); the contents of the false pelvic cavity; but in contrast to the 'pelvic segment of trunk' excludes the perineum, external genitalia. false Inferred relationship Some

A rare difference of sex development due to reduced 17,20-lyase activity that affects individuals with 46,XY karyotype and is characterized by female or atypical external genitalia with reduced phallic size, hypospadias, incomplete fusion of the labioscrotal swellings, cryptorchidism, and a blind vaginal pouch. Blood pressure and electrolytes are normal whilst hormonal investigations show normal basal and stimulated levels of cortisol, and low basal and stimulated androgen levels. A rare genetic disease characterized by pre- and postnatal growth restriction, developmental delay, adrenal hypoplasia, genital abnormalities (such as microphallus, hypospadias, or cryptorchidism), thrombocytopenia and/or anemia, recurrent severe invasive infections, and enteropathy with chronic diarrhea. Myelodysplastic syndrome and dysmorphic features (including downslanting palpebral fissures, low-set and posteriorly rotated ears, anteverted nares, camptodactyly, and arachnodactyly, among others) may also be observed. A rare autoinflammatory syndrome with characteristics of the presence of features of relapsing polychondritis and Behcet disease in the same individual. This includes cartilage inflammation of the ears, nose, throat and rib cage as well as recurrent oral and genital ulcers respectively. Patients may also present ocular involvement (in particular anterior uveitis or scleritis), arthritis, fever, colitis, thrombophlebitis, and central nervous system vasculitis or in rare cases arterial aneurysms. Symptoms of polychondritis occur secondary to those of Behcet disease in the vast majority of cases. Finding site True Genital structure Inferred relationship Some 5
