A rare, pure or complex form of hereditary spastic paraplegia, with variable phenotype, typically characterized by childhood-onset of minimally progressive, bilateral, mainly symmetric lower limb spasticity and weakness, associated with pes cavus, scoliosis, sphincter disturbances and/or urinary bladder hyperactivity.
